Two in-person planning consultations to go over your reception details, timeline, music selections, and important formalities so everything feels organized and well prepared.

Available by phone, text, or email throughout the planning process to answer questions, discuss music ideas, and help guide important reception details.

One professional DJ and one MC / coordinator working together to keep the music, announcements, and event flow running smoothly throughout the evening.

"I Do" - Ceremony + Reception Package


Our "I Do" Ceremony + Reception Package includes two separate sound systems for your wedding day, one dedicated to the ceremony location and another for the reception area. This allows the ceremony to take place in a garden, courtyard, or other outdoor setting while the main sound system remains set up and ready for the reception to begin, ensuring a smooth transition as guests move from the ceremony to the celebration.

A sound technician will manage your selected music and ensure everything plays at the right moment while maintaining clear, balanced audio throughout the ceremony. This setup ensures your officiant, readings, and vows are heard comfortably by all of your guests.

For the ceremony, your officiant and groom will be equipped with wireless clip-on microphones so the exchange of vows can be heard clearly. A handheld wireless microphone is also available for readings, guest speakers, or vocal performances when needed. If your ceremony includes live musicians or a videographer who needs audio from our system, patch-in options are available, and we are happy to coordinate with those vendors ahead of time to review connection options.

Our ceremony package consists of an additional ceremony sound system setup at a different location within the same venue that's suitable for up to 100 guests.

In addition to our core wedding packages, we offer several optional enhancements that can be added to further personalize the celebration. Some upgrades add visual impact and fun for your guests, while others provide practical solutions for different venues and event layouts.

Satellite Speaker System + Wireless IEM Audio Link
Perfect for weddings where guests gather in multiple areas of the venue, such as cocktail hour on an outdoor patio or a separate lounge space. These battery-powered speakers provide background music in areas away from the main reception room while guests mingle and enjoy the atmosphere. When the location is within range of the main sound system, wireless equipment can be used to link the satellite speakers so announcements from the reception can also be heard. This allows guests to enjoy other areas of the venue while still staying connected to important moments and transitions during the event.

Photo Booth Upgrades
Take the photo booth experience to the next level with upgrade options such as our Superstar 4x6 Photo Booth Package. Instead of traditional 2x6 photo strips, guests receive a full postcard-size print from their session, giving them a larger keepsake they’ll be excited to take home. This upgrade is always a huge hit, and guests absolutely love receiving a big, vibrant print that captures a fun and memorable moment from the celebration.

Spot 360 Moving Head Lighting
For couples who want to transform the dance floor into a true party atmosphere, our Spot 360 moving head lighting system adds dramatic energy once the celebration kicks into full swing. These professional fixtures are mounted on vertical truss towers and programmed through advanced lighting software to create sweeping beams, color effects, and beat-matched movements that bring the dance floor to life.

This upgrade is best suited for couples who want a more energetic, nightclub-style lighting experience during the open dancing portion of the evening. Because the system requires additional space and setup equipment, availability may depend on venue guidelines and load-in access.

Disco Ball Effect
Add a classic touch of sparkle to the dance floor with our 20-inch mirror ball lighting effect. This enhancement is designed to work alongside the Spot 360 moving head lighting system, using sweeping beams of light to illuminate the disco ball and scatter reflections throughout the room. The result is a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere that brings the dance floor to life once the party gets going. Because this setup uses additional truss and lighting equipment, it works best in venues that have enough space to accommodate the expanded lighting display.

JBL SRX Sound System Upgrade
Our sound system upgrade is designed for mid-size to larger venues where additional sound coverage and power may be beneficial. In many cases, our standard sound system provides excellent performance for typical guest counts and room sizes. However, for larger spaces or couples who prefer a more powerful, full-range sound experience on the dance floor, the SRX system delivers exceptional clarity, depth, and impact throughout the room.

This upgraded system includes dual 15-inch main speakers and two 18-inch subwoofers, providing enhanced sound coverage and rich low-end energy that helps bring the dance floor to life.

Because this system includes larger speakers and subwoofers, it requires additional setup space and may not be suitable for every location. Some venues, particularly outdoor settings or locations with strict sound level policies, do not permit the use of subwoofers.

Remote Ceremony Power Options
For ceremony locations where electrical power is not available, we offer portable power solutions designed specifically for outdoor or remote settings. A quiet battery-powered generator can provide clean power for ceremony sound systems and other small equipment, making it an ideal option for gardens, parks, or scenic outdoor locations where running power may not be possible.

For events that require longer operating times or additional equipment, a gas-powered generator is also available to support extended setups such as outdoor receptions or photo booth services in locations without nearby power access.
